Founded in April 2025 by experienced coaches (Kate & Matt), NMG exists for one reason: to deliver coaching that truly fits you. No templates. No guesswork. No one-size-fits-all programs. Just a personal, collaborative approach built entirely around your goals, your ability, and where you want to go.

We believe in programming that reflects your reality—not someone else's idea of "perfect form" or a cookie-cutter plan ripped from the internet. Whether you're just getting started, coming back after a break, or pushing toward elite performance, we meet you exactly where you are and build from there.
